Mass Town Birth Records indicate a Rufus with Mother Esther and father Aaron Fuller .
Also AGBI has same and has Rufus birth date as same as headstone. So, nailed.
? Rufus married Esther Wrigging1. Born on 27 Jan 1792 in Ulster Co. NY. Esther died aft 1860; she was 67.
